Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please read product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.

Return / Exchange Window

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Sale / discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Returns are not reverse-picked up.

  • The customer must ship the product back themselves.

  • Shipping charges for sending the item back are to be paid by the customer.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

Email us at hello@miyomigo.com with:

  • Order number

  • Name & contact details

  • Subject: Return / Exchange

  • Reason (attach images if item is damaged/incorrect)

Our team will verify and share the return address and next steps.

Approval & Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility.

  • Exchange/Replacement will be sent within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Email hello@miyomigo.com to request cancellation.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
