Return / Exchange Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Sale / discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping

Returns are not reverse-picked up.

The customer must ship the product back themselves.

Shipping charges for sending the item back are to be paid by the customer.

Our team will verify and share the return address and next steps.
Approval & Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility.

Exchange/Replacement will be sent within 3–5 business days after approval.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
